Gardening in the Mountains

We are finally past our estimated last frost date of June 11, and I planted my tomatoes out in the hoop house, set up a strawberry bed,

planted peas,

planted potatoes in tires.

Still planning to put some more potatoes into some more tires, and I think I'll plant my beans and squash in tires, too.

The garlic hasn't changed much in the last couple of weeks - but at least it hasn't been eaten by the deer again.

Mooch enjoys the flowers I put into the windowbox.

I don't know why I haven't done that before! It makes such a difference!

Well, it's turning into a nice summer.
